I'm a former monk, meditation coach, spiritual teacher and author who has been helping people find peace and inner freedom for the past 25 years or so.

LOST IN THINKING—THE HUMAN CONDITION   

Everyone, without exception, has a restless monkey mind. When thinking is unconscious and running on autopilot, there are two main consequences;

  • we are slaves to the mind and lose our peace and vitality.
  • living in our heads, we miss out on the fullness of life NOW.
